See this is why I have a hard time with Caitlyn Jenner. She was a rich, entitled douche before the transition, and now we’re just supposed to drop everything and fawn over everything she does? You can respect the journey without having to respect the person, right?

Hey, I have a question. What are the ESPYS?

Yeah, I think she has a valid complaint. If I’d been in a horrible car accident and the person I perceived to be responsible was being glorified as a hero I can understand the hurt.

You say Caitlyn. Her chosen and legal name is Caitlyn Jenner; any reference to her should be by that name.

If that’s what outrages you I’d look at redefining your priorities. It’s a far bigger atrocity that she got away with killing someone.

This report seems to indicate it was just regular distraction while driving, no texting or anything. We’ll see.

It seems like she may have been responsible for the crash through negligence but because there wasn’t a driving law broken (i.e. speeding/drinking/phone) there won’t be a more serious charge. It’s not quite the same as being cleared of responsibility.

What’s the etiquette here? If I talk about the 1976 gold medal winner, do I still say Bruce or what?

Well she was a he going by the name Bruce at the time of the crash. I think it is perfectly reasonable.

There were way too many actors at the ESPYS. And the way they presented the tribute footage was weird. You could barely see the people who were being remembered because they had the singer in the shot. The tribute was also the only part of the show I watched.

He would gladly attack you in person, which I happen to know, because he is MY CAT (and also I have a ton of Sam scratches just from this week).

For when she wants to lay down

Never have I ever disbelieved a gossip item more than I disbelieve that JLaw is ready to marry and have kids with Chris Martin. And I lived through the era of Jennifer Aniston constantly getting secret married and pregnant on a bimonthly loop.

  • “Matthew is not a compassionate individual. He is a control freak, and the more money he has, the more fucking ruthless he is.”

This was not a public statement, some douchebag apparently leaked the conversation. (They actually should have secretly taped it so we know its authentic). She’s allowed to talk about the case behind closed doors and say whatever crazy shit she wants. I don’t agree with her, funny enough, I never did like Cosby,

I’m an old here, and I can tell you with certainty that a black woman who had come through the Civil Rights era with a successful black husband did not divorce him easily. Even in the Seventies. She had already sacrificed much for their union and was instrumental in his career success. She was part of Cosby, Inc.

Well, in a purely hypothetical sense, if I offered women drugs, told them the drugs would knock them out and that I planned to fuck them while they were unconscious and they consented to all of that, then aside from the procurement of the drugs, I didn’t do anything wrong.

If it means ANYTHING:

“I’m done fucking you, go fuck others on the side but no mistresses/emotions and never let me hear about it in our social circle”

I don’t. We don’t like to acknowledge that evil isn’t obviously evil 100% of the time because it doesn’t fit with the black and white way our brains are designed to view the world, but that doesn’t make it less true. It is entirely possible—and even likely—that he never did any of that stuff at home, purely exercising
