ah the frustrated and jealous artist is bitter again.

“Maybe it’s time for Hollywood to leave the fat suit behind and allow actors to try acting.”

you’d be wrong, something like 40% of all PTSD cases are caused by name mix-ups.

ONLY 600 POUND QUEER ACTORS CAN PLAY THE PART!!!

For me, I got hung up on ‘Goldbergs peers don’t make it easy’. So someone was eager to call out fatsuits - eager enough to do it to someone who wasn’t wearing a fatsuit...and the problem isn’t that people are jumping onboard the anti-fatsuit train with such zeal despite not being able to tell what is and is not a

It’s weird that this article goes after Bale—who famously has gained and lost weight throughout his career for roles and who put on 40 pounds to play Cheney—rather than more obvious fat suit beneficiaries, like Gary Oldman (who got an Oscar for his fat suit Churchill, and didn’t do any substantial weight gain, because

So the story’s about an actress who wasn’t wearing a fatsuit being accused of wearing one; and your article on it includes five paragraphs of pontificating on fatsuits?

Oh, she did very much care — she was suing for 20M dollars — it just happens that the jury only awarded her 4 grand -- basically what he paid for the tattoo.

In psychological terms, you quite literally cannot get PTSD from the types of experiences she describes. It’s possible that the simulated violence of the show might give someone PTSD - I’m not clear on the criteria as far as that goes - but that doesn’t seem to be what she’s talking about.

That’s not racism, it’s just being 1. a self centered ass and 2. having poor attention to detail.

which is why I ended up writing that tweet and I didn’t think that anybody was going to read

So wait a minute here... Her allegation of racist abuse on set amounts to, “Somebody called me by the wrong name”, and it gave her PTSD? And I’m sorry but complaining about how gross it is to make a movie about Dahmer after you chose to work on a movie about Dahmer is disingenuous at best. Oh well, she got her 15

Kudos to the marketing team on this film, continuing to pay for puff pieces like this even after the film flops at the BO.

Given its terrible performance, turns out there were many ways to get here.

Everyone is more than welcome to their opinion, but to mention how repetitive and boring an episode is and then to spend half the “stray observations” talking about a missing Cecily Strong seems like a real choice. You can’t criticize people for not being clever in such an uninteresting way. I think you are upset

These men you speak of are bad enough on their own, but why in the fark did you just casually throw in names of people who haven’t even had a hint of an infidelity’s scandal like Obama and Reynolds? What the heck did Obama ever do to you? Are you one of those people who think every single man on the planet is a

Have you seen women on the internet? They want praise just for breathing.

an archetype that exists solely because our default assumption is that heterosexual marriages are unhappy, that most men don’t care for their wives, that those who do love their wives are automatically deserving of our collective adoration.”

Contemporary feminists only understand tearing others down to stroke their own insane egos.  Everyone in the world is encouraged to celebrate their unique identity except cis white men.  They’re inherently everything wrong with the world.  The hypocrisy of this bigotry will never stop being funny.

I know it’s obvious to say we know nothing about these people’s personal lives and it’s ridiculous to project characterisations like ‘wife guy’ onto them, but when I read something like
