It’s encouraging that the police were able to take him into custody “without incident,” it’s nice to see that the police have that ability. At least when it’s someone who doesn’t make them fear for their lives, like a mass-murdering psychopath who’s armed to the teeth and just killed 8 people, versus an actual Scary…
