Agreed. I think the big difference is: Adam is an ex, and out of her life (or should be). He's showing fantastically bad judgment, but his bond to Hannah is pretty weak - that's kind of the definition of "ex".

I don't know what to tell you, man. You're basically reciting the Script of Selfishness - "you can't be mad! I couldn't help myself!" It's up to the person hurt in the situation to decide how she feels, and it's perfectly reasonable to feel betrayed.
What? No it doesn't. One is actively making a choice you know will hurt a person supposedly dear to you. The other side is not doing anything wrong at all.
I'd argue that dating your best friend's ex, or dating someone your child hates and doesn't want around, is far more selfish behavior. You don't get a pass on doing whatever you want just because you really, really want to do it.
Yes? I guess? I mean, shit happens. It's not like it's that unusual a situation.
Got to back up Ariana on this one. That kind of "if you were a good person, you'd just get over this" isn't very empathetic. On the list of things you can do to betray a friend, this is pretty high up.
Harrison Ford WAS awful. Talk about phoning it in.
Ugh. I'm sorry.
I think that plot line is pretty bad. My problem with it is that it's not entirely clear what the viewer is supposed to think about the film project.
They can't possibly sink that low. Girls has its problems, but ignoring the fragility of relationships is not one of them. Hannah and Adam, in real life, could not possibly end up back together.
I don't know. I loved Adam Driver starting in Season 1. Just a terrific actor, really brought something to the show. I expected great things from him.
About Marnie: I'm actually a little TIRED of seeing her hit rock bottom. She moved from a generic "decent friend to the main character" in season 1, to the much more interesting self-absorbed "pretty girl privilege" character of season two on (I've linked to this before, but if you never read this article on Marnie,…
Oh yeah. Porno did its best to ruin all the characters from Trainspotting. I'm still mad I read it.
Yeah, Arcane was one of the (few) mechanics in Bloodborne that really needed more development. I'm not saying that they needed to make an pure Arcane build completely viable (or even completely accessible), but it takes way too much effort and sacrifice for very little in return. Though that one spell where you should…
Yeah - Bioware is more of "you'll get to X no matter what. Your dialogue choices will determine your powers and who your companions are when you arrive". I'm not complaining about that - I'm a big fan of KOTOR - but Torment wasn't like that. Avenues got closed off as you made your decisions.
I like that - I've been thinking of picking it up, and this makes me want to give it a shot (after Soma, of course :)).
Sounds like Amnesia, which I loved.
Soma it is! Not even kidding. Never heard of it, but just looked it up. Sold.
How about the new Switch? Could you play every Zelda game on that?
That's them! And it's cool that you've already figured out how to parry them. They can be tough enemies at the beginning.
