I’ve done this once. It was a steak n’ shake, I was there with my wife. There were 2 other occupied tables in the entire place. We ordered, got our drinks, and then we were apparently just forgotten about. After 45 minutes with no food and no refills... we just left. Without even paying for the drinks.
