Well, this is rather stupid.  Smashing a record distinctly implies a large margin between the new record and the old record.  A single frame, by definition is the smallest margin possible, so you’re either lying with your headline or you don’t know what you’re talking about.  I can’t decide which one’s worse.

Well this is a huge bummer if true. I’m that minority player who loves the campaign but only dinks around with multiplayer for 5-15 hours after completing said campaign.

Uhhh... I hate to break it to you... but the very game and assets itself are inherently copyritten material. You couldn’t take a direct copy of Stormwind, plop it down in your game, call the game something else, and expect not to lose a lawsuit for copyright infringement.

Well, I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I dislike private servers for games like this, and feel that they do harm to the overall franchise. I have absolutely zero issue with Blizzard shutting this down, and I feel the ones running it shouldn’t have released the source code.

I find it ironic that your icon is from Fallout 3, an epic single player experience. Did the single player detract from your enjoyment? Just curious since you seem so bent on getting rid of single player. How would forced co-op have changed your experience with Fallout 3?
