So in my experience, landlords pretty much always control what can be seen from the outside, whether it is signage on the window or something inside that is visible outside, so if a tenant was putting swastikas on the window, that would be a default. Some older leases I worked on said something along the lines of…
I know it isn’t important, but not even knowing the difference really casts doubt on trump’s whole “having lots of sex without getting STDs was my personal Vietnam” claim (yes I know that isn’t the actual quote/exchange)
I have admittedly not worked on workstation/worksharing leases, but man, those must be some pretty subleases/licenses to allow that. But oh well, it worked out for the best herer!
This makes me happy as well, though as a commercial real estate attorney, I’m genuinely curious about how the landlord did this...
Yeah, though I never found any of the starfighter missions in the campaign to be very compelling, but honestly I’d be fine with a multiplayer only Starfighter game with 2-3x more maps/modes.

Who is advocating for people losing rights? Nobody.
“Hey you! You’re like the Unknown Protester/Tank Man from Tiananmen Square!” “Sick burn bro!”
I got like 30 or so hours of real enjoyment from the Starfighter mode so I’m very pleased with the game and am hopeful that they’ll add some more Starfighter maps overtime.
I know that he’s ageless but god damn, he’s 53?!
yes, that is the correct language. This man was born female and transitioned to male and should be address as he/him.
The demo of Blaster Master was pretty fun, but to be fair I’m sure that my impression of it was colored by my nostalgia for the first game.
My mom changed her name a few years after the wedding, but always insisted on being “Ms.” I thought this was the norm now until I got into the wider world but “Mrs.” still sounds weird to me.
This is what my wife and I are leaning towards, though it is still discussed with some frequency.
