Losing jobs due to technical advancements is a story as old as the industrial revolution. Look at this picture compared to the lead one and see how many workers lost their jobs from robots.

I’m loving the fallout from the used car price collapse.

I think the problem with used EV’s and the Cybertuck in particular is 2 fold. Fist I suspect most of these dealers over paid to get these in the first place so they are just trying to get the money back they paid, which was dumb on their part. And second, and this applies to EV’s in general no one knows what the floor

This is easy - I just did it myself. Get yourself an old SAAB convertible as a winter car. The weight and the drive is up front, the roof well insulated, the heating perfect for a Swedish winter. I’d even argue that the design is ageless.

Probably comes up way cheaper than $14k for a good one, and gives him plenty over

Matt Gaetz would like a word..

I know it’s not adult like, but I feel nothing but disdain for this little shit.

Couldn’t Tesla just insure them themselves?  I mean, why not, if the build quality is as good as they claim?  They shouldn’t have to make any payouts, being the car is built on sub-micron specs....

My heart goes out to this brilliant young man, whose “I FLIPPED ALL OF THESE!!” was the purest embodiment of everything bottle flipping could be.

Relax everyone, Darwin will get another chance with this one.

id be asking the DMV to cancel him.

The ugly paint job, the music, overuse of the word “bro” and the dopey “how could this have happened?” look after so many dumb choices.
And this person is an “influencer.”
God help us all.

“no more driving cars like this in the rain.”

At first this seems hilarious but these are the types of assholes that would drive around with no insurance.

Repulsive little twat.

2nd gen Buick Regal, hmmm..

I’m convinced that the Russian bots that are trying to influence our elections are using the NPOND polls as a training ground, because lately we’ve been seeing some voting that really has me concerned. With some of the cars posted in the last few days we should have seen a 100% result either way (yes on the Ford

If you keep it far from road salt or significant moisture, the rust should be a slow burn. And the interior looks nice. But I wouldn’t want to drive around in (or have to explain) somebody else’s joke. I’d want to restore it, and for that, the price of entry needs to be far less.

I think I can count on one hand the number of new Zs I have seen on the roads here. I hate to be the “the economy” guy, but pricing and the state of our *waves around to everything* has just made toy cars unattainable for most of us.

If Mazda drops the Miata they become just another automaker. The Miata is a halo like unlike any other. If Nissan can afford to sell the “Z” with only minor modifications for 100 years, then Mazda can do the same... heck, it needs to do the same. So much of the brand’s goodwill is tied up in that one car. And let’s

Somehow I see more of these monstrosities every week where I live and yet I just laugh and laugh at every piece of news about how broken they are and shake my head about how many deeply gullible people there are to buy them.
