Imagine if Tesla spent tens of billions of dollars on proper R&D instead of giving it to their CEO man-baby!

This. Replacing simple V6 and V8 with the Hurricane is going to haunt them a few years down the road. It’s too soon to tell if the hurricane is going to be reliable or not, but it’s going to be so expensive to maintain after 5-10 years.

I think at least 70% of the cars on this list were incredible bargains. The sellers picked the absolute worst venue; all the bidders were there to buy 6-7 figure cars. Most of these cars would have brought 50-100% more money on C&B or BaT.

That CTS and Crossfire would have been nice purchases.

“Must be sold to an out of state resident or licensed dealer” = Will not pass its California emissions test.

I wonder what’s up with that 911. The thing should fetch at least $10k as a parts car alone.

The Solei concept is exactly what I want a Cadillac to be. Modern, ultraluxury drop top landyacht.

with a button response on the level of a 20 year old touch screen.

Shame on Jalopnik for mentioning the Cadillac Solitaire and not showing it, because it is SO WEIRD. Like, this was never getting built, but it’s a remarkable example of late 20th century futurism.

I remember that quite well, the farmers didn’t want handouts but had to accept it because of the Orange Menace’ awful trade policies.

The tariff is hardly the magic fix these fuckwits seem to think it is. I recall US soybean farmers losing their biggest customer after Trump tried to play the trade war game with China resulting in them having to be bailed out by the gov’t to the tune of $28 billion. They must think Americans are idiots, or are just

This was peak Jaguar - do this again

i’m loving all these “expert” opinions. i have a good deal of experience in recovering vehicles here in the rockies and i can tell you that the vast majority of these awd vehicles can do 70-80 of the stuff out there, especially with a trained and capable driver. the problem i see is the way these vehicles are

Not that it matters, but the speed limit on University on that stretch of road is 45. This happened just down the street from where I live. The sound of loud V8s being pushed to the limit rings out often in Odessa, especially at night but it happens every day.

But these guys have seen every F&F movie, so they are more than qualified to track on the streets while all of the other cars magically move out of the way for them or leave them just enough room to squeeze through. Clearly this woman was at fault for not having good timing.

Now, the family is suing the driver, the salesman and All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Odessa.

the best part is even if/after they fix the headline, the url will remain  :)

What the hell is going on? The last few days, if I scroll to where it says click to continue to read or try to go to the comments, I get send to an entirely different article. I have to scroll ever so slightly that the part I need to click on has to be at the very bottom of the page or else it will flip. This sucks.
