Yo...MTV Raps!

Why is it? - The less athletic and physically capable people become, the more likely they are to purchase vehicles that look angry and ‘tough’, in that angry kitchen appliance way...

Give your unpaid interns access to the fridge in the breakroom, AVClub...you might get better writing.

Remember on Succession when Kendall Roy talked about what they were going to do with this website called “Vaulter” - user created content, a bunch of interns, click-bait headlines....guess they missed the ‘slideshows’, huh?

A complete misrepresentation of a breakthrough design with cache so strong it featured in marketing materials for the next 30 years.

If you want to know why regular people can’t stand stand car people, just waddle over to Car and Driver’s stories about the LC 500 revamp and the original test (links below), and read the comments bemoaning the ‘disappointing performance’ of a vehicle that will do a 1/4 mile @ 13 seconds and 112 mph. Jebus, these

Non-negotiable hard points for any MI movie:

Exactly. A distinction without a difference: I’m not a fascist myself...I just support fascists.”

The set design in the show is just so amazing. I’m not a huge TV watcher, but I can’t think of anything else that ‘gets’ America in 2023, just on aesthetics alone.

The interns who made this list weren’t allowed to see the movie, ‘cause mom was being mean.

Hey! Cool. Some unpaid interns just threw together another slideshow article.

‘Salt’???

White trash posse’...LOL

Re: ‘The company’s ethos of being “The Ultimate Driving Machine” is evident in all its products, no matter what category they occupy.’

Unless you’re working on a fairly modern / large production run model, try to buy a ‘complete’ car.

Cool that the Internet Word Police are here.

I’m so over ‘angry’ looking cars. The narrow slits for headlights. The reptilian features. The only designed on a computer screen aesthetic. It is so obvious the clay models were never finessed by human hands under natural light to bring out any warmth...

The idea that the AVClub actually went through hundreds of pictures to select these as ‘the best’ is pretty funny.

You are right to be confused. That statement makes zero sense.

I saw an F1 race at Silverstone back in 1988 when I was just a wee teenager. I remember the tickets were the equivalent of an expensive concert seat, so maybe about $30. Wasn’t even a concern. The biggest worry I had was finding the right bus stop to get there.

Part of me feels like a sucker for playing along with this game. Ironically, the most amateurish aspect of this show is how it always sets up survive / die corporate governance situations, and then just resolves them or ignores them with a single brush stroke.
