I would like to add my anectodal suggestion that couples in which one is on meth and the other isn't may also face problems.

I love this new knowledge! We watched "Geordie Racer" when I was little, but until "Geordie Shore" came along that was pretty much the limit of this Essex girl's Geordie education.

You've educated me that it's a nickname for George. I somehow thought it was only a word for people from up north!

Ooh, I would LOVE that. I might do one of those for my husband and me one day, because we're from different sides of the planet so the geographic stuff would be fascinating (to me, at least).

Ha! Yep, they come out as "oooooar-'lly" and "auuuur-relly" for me, but I know American vowels are different. It's a GORGEOUS name, anyway! (Are the type of kids who would bother making blowjob jokes out of it the type to be smart enough to know the word "orally"? I don't think I learnt it till I was quite old.)

Alas, she's just a small English child.

Ah, fair enough.

I've met kids named all of those, too!

I think I like surnames as first names. The more I read the ones you mentioned, the more I think they're quite nice.

A few hours ago I randomly thought to myself, "Gallifrey is a pretty word. I wonder if anyone's named that."

Were all those city names people names first, though? (I'm not sure about Dallas…) I think giving people (especially boys) surnames as first names is massively old school.

All I can think of is Geordie Shore.

I just had to say both aloud to check; she'd probably be fine named that where I am; they're reasonably different in my accent!

I know a Cash, too; he must be five-ish now.

Boo. Just Boo, not short for anything.

If I got that alert, I would run out immediately and stake my place in the front row.

I'm sure the tabloids keep a list of handy twitter lunatics to use in fake trend pieces!

Probably; I'm sure some people say "Mad Friday" is a thing, but it sounds like any Friday night in any rubbish town, really.

I've never heard of it until now. Normal people aren't doing this nonsense.

You're lucky. My shoulder hurt for years!
