She totally gets it Hollywood’s issue at its core is its power imbalance and the most easy form of protection from Hollywood’s darkness is to have power yourself. In this world money and autonomy is power and she worked hard to get it.

Good for her having the lady balls to ask for a fair salary. Like she says, she is the namesake of the show. She knows her worth, has the confidence, and is not afraid to use it.
