Anyone know how the nose cone (cockpit/all of the front opening) piece seals to the rest of the body? Can’t see anything showing it in the pictures.

When travelling a few months ago, I had a layover in Dubai and they have UberChopper there. It seemed inexpensive, in terms of a helicopter ride, at $800. Didn’t use it but in the grand scheme of things if you can afford to ride in a helicopter and that was the price they could work out on average it seems feasible.
