This sounds pretty violent and horrible. Why are we treating it as a lighthearted anecdote? Did I miss something?

If only Bethenny Frankel was half as funny as she thinks she is. I remember when I used to watch RHONY, at first I thought she was funny but it didn’t take me too long to realise she was just saying mean things very quickly, which isn’t quite the same thing.

I thoroughly recommend Kardashian filter! It blocks out Jenners too- it’s improved my life immeasurably.

My comment was meant to be cheeky and not serious and I really don’t mean to sound bitchy but you don’t need to explain film festivals to me. Five is what I aim for, presuming I don’t have any deadlines, festival fatigue or festival flu- which are pretty big ifs. I don’t have a problem with blurring- but then I also

She’s also got a nice Lori Loughlin style career cut out in Hallmark/Lifetime movies.

Now playing

Lindsay’s last good project (pre descent into drugs, terrible acting and bizarre accents) was Just My Luck. It’s a silly, funny, underrated rom com that is so punishing on its leading actors, Lindsay and Chris Pine (who happens to be so dorky here that it’s hard to imagine him as a leading macho man shilling cologne.)

I was good friends with an Janis Ian type at school and kind of on the fringes of the more popular girls. I needed to take a break from her from time to time because she was incredibly draining, she could be bullying and she always seemed to lead us both into dangerous situations. So rather than being by myself I

I feel like anywhere I go- grad school, work, friends of the family I’m marrying into, even fucking yoga, there still seems to be high school Mean Girls drama. And there always seems to be at least one person who falls out with people and causes drama just seemingly for chaos, shits and giggles. I’m not at the time of

It’s called Kitten Block- this is an article about it on The Guardian. When you accidentally click on the Daily Mail (or have a momentary lapse and do it on purpose!) it redirects you to pictures of tea and kittens, and there’s no getting round it without uninstalling it. I absolutely love it!

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with long films that are *good* It’s also actually useful for me when a bad film is long because I am far more likely to throw in the towel early rather than keep giving the film chance after chance. I think though that directors need to bring back intermissions for long films in

I am always surprised how short films from the 60s and earlier are. It’s interesting how the medium has changed.

Gah, I was on your side until this :(

People have different tastes and this might shock you but there’s a lot of scope between and beyond cat videos on youtube and Scorsese films.

Kenneth Branagh is pretty divisive though. I haven’t ever seen a film version of Hamlet that I’ve ever liked. And I’ve never seen a theatrical version that I’ve disliked!

Dear Anonymous Nerd

You don’t need to sign your comments.

Sincerely,

I agree with you but Bring It On really is a wonderful film.

lol wat

You should be watching five movies a day at a festival!

I knew as soon as I read the name “Sam Be Yourself” that the dude would be white.

As soon as I read that phrase, I skipped down to the comments to see if anyone else spotted this. It is super disrespectful and unpleasant to read.
