The Scottish Prisoner has Jamie and Lord John. It was pretty good. It is best to read anytime after book 3.

Judging by the preview (and my book reading) - yes, they do.
Outlander and many of the actors/actresses/producers have Twitter accounts. A lot of them mentioned this. (The actor who plays Rupert is pretty funny on his Twitter account.) Yesterday was apparently the 202nd day of filming, and they are having a wrap party tonight.
I have already rewatched it an embarrassing number of times.
On Ron Moore's podcast for this episode, they said that the reflection was not special effects, just serendipity (like the wind rising when they were filming Claire near the stones).

I read somewhere today that there are about 20 yards of fabric in the dress, and that they had to get Claire a bench to lean on between takes because it is so heavy. They also had to drive her around in a modified golf cart because she can't walk far in it.
I have read the books, and Murtagh is not really sexy in them. Just one of the nice changes for the TV show. Give me a bearded man in a kilt, with a Scottish accent, and I am swooning. Graham McTavish, who plays Dougal, is also a fine specimen. He really is doing a wonderful job playing Dougal.
I love Murtagh in this episode and wish we could have seen more of him, or perhaps just get him to repeat the word "spirits" over and over. Very sexy.
I blushed during the sex scenes. I don't think I have ever seen sex depicted in such a real way, or where the focus has been equally on the man. I particularly liked how the first time was so quick and awkward.
Book SPOILER, sort of:
I have read all of the novellas, etc. Most involve Lord John, who is very popular in his own right. There is also a book, The Scottish Prisoner, which is really good, but you don't want to read until at least after you have read book 3 of the Outlander series. I don't want to say anything else about it, in case I…
Yes. I am in my 50s, currently trying to lose weight. I go to a trainer twice a week, and I am walking and hiking 3 or 4 other days. It is impossible to find fitness gear in my size. Sometimes REI has mail-order things, but not a big selection. When I am not exercising, I just want to wear normal clothes (I guess…
Oh yes, the audiobooks are fantastic. Davina Porter is a wonderful narrator - she really does all of the accents well, and you feel like Jamie and Claire are being voiced by different people. I am also listening, as I do my daily walks to lose weight - I can walk much farther when I am listening and forget that I am…
I have read all 8 books. Book 5 is generally thought of as the worst in the series (really slow to start), but there are parts of it that hit me very hard and which still resonate in book 8. In fact, there are parts from book 1 that still resonate. I love this series and would encourage you to keep reading, and in…
Roger, Young Ian, and Lord John are my favorite characters, after Jamie and Claire. I love Book Roger, and can't wait to see TV Roger.
See here for picture of Brian Fraser
Nope. This happens later, after they are married. And from what Diana Gabaldon and Ron Moore have said in interviews, it will be in the show.
Ron Moore does a podcast for each episode that you can play while you rematch the episode. It is really interesting to hear some of the reasons why they do what they do. His wife (the costume designer) also does it with him, so that is also fun. The podcast for this episode isn't out yet, but I think in the video…
Apparently Ravelry.com already has tons of patterns. Etsy is also very Outlanderish these days too. SmartBitchesTrashyBooks, a romance book blog, had instructions to knit Claire's cowl last week.
