Someone characterizes Danny as sweet and innocent toward the end. And that he's 'lighter' than the other street heroes. Which is appropriate, though my Danny is funnier than this one.

Its part of Shadowlands. Its a Hellmouth. Probably show up in Defenders.

It helps that Danny showed up, demanded his billion dollar company back, carjacked Ward, held a gun to his head, etc. Not to mention Ward is basically Harold's abused slave.

I started wondering how many other bland Hand ninjas were actually billionaire zombies who bought in for eternal life.

Danny is the type of guy who'd wear a mask because he thought it was 'appropriate wear' for a crimefighter, rather than to hide his identity.

She may be a one-dimensional evil villain, but damn is that evil interesting.

He never announced to the media that he was "the Iron Fist" though. Ward and Joy kept him from giving interviews. It was only when he started fighting that the Hand realized who he was.

I yelled MORTAL KOMBAT at the screen in ep. 6.

I finished the series and I will admit, they avoided that whole "white savior" thing.

Harold is smarter than Donald, too, so its not a perfect metaphor.

I am disappointed you didn't make the obvious joke:

I came to love Ward, but admittedly its mostly about his arc with Harold.

I thought that was Joy/Ward/Harold's job. I guess making the cast occasional villains makes characterization easier.

I hurt myself laughing.

..I did not see how that could have been his fault. The city does vanish.

Did you see TMNT 2? He was goofy as shit!

I find Tumblr better in that regard. However, I genuinely thought episodes 1,2, 4, and 13 were stilted and painful. We'll see if she's still complaining on the next one.

Well, the Hand and Gao weren't one and the same in Daredevil. So maybe they made an alliance. Its a bit disappointing that this will have no repercussions to a Brubaker style multiple Immortal Weapons tournament, with the Hand being part of it.

Yeah, thats what I heard. I assumed it was why they picked someone with such bad hair, because he had awesome chemistry with Luke.

I always got the feeling in old Heroes for Hire comics that Harlem thought of Danny as Luke's pet alien.
