I think you've pretty much hit the nail on the head. The ABR800 is better than this in almost every way. I found one for $230 at a "gently used" shop, and it works great. I could never see paying $160 for this. :/

IEtab literally does nothing but embed an Internet Explorer instance into a tab within firefox...so at the end of the day, you're still using IE, you're not using firefox.

Article fails to realize that many applications are designed to only work in Internet Explorer.
