This episode should have been called: Josh and his friends give us fanservice and slash-fic material.

Yes to both. I was sure Paula was gonna feel guilty enough to donate an egg and it was gonna be used as a bonding arc or something... also Rebecca said when she babysat that it was a terrible idea for her to have children of her own because of mental illness and many suicides.

Sure ... *platonically*

I really wanted White Josh and Nathaniel’s arc in this episode to end with them platonically comfort-spooning each other all night after the bar.

I... didn’t love the episode or the songs.

Idk, I feel like they’ve been pretty clear that her being ‘cunning’ was driven by her disorder induced obsession with Josh. Without love she’s just an Ivy League educated lawyer who has taken a leave of absence from lawyering to tend to her fragile mental health that can make anyone spazzy.

“We are so hot it’s insane”

Rebecca seems to have lost 70 IQ points compared to Rebecca in the pilot. I don’t much like it. Early Rebecca was cunning, late Rebecca is just an unpleasant spaz. A review for another series referred to the mid-season doldrums where a series just drifts aimlessly waiting for the big season finale story arc to kick

Can I interest you in him in a red, sir?

Gotta say I liked both songs just about equally. “Fit Hot Guys Have Problems Too” was pretty dang catchy.

I love how Josh indignantly argues how he’s not a stripper because there’s no pole involved, then immediately acknowledges that a pole would really help with his fireman persona.

You know what that musical number on the stage was missing? Dr Shin! (And a little bit of Hector and Father Brah wouldn’t have gone amiss either!)

Well, I for one am happy it isn’t Paula who is going to donate the egg - I was worried that’s what they were leading up to.

Nathaniel: “So turns out the real Good Place was right here with you all along”

Between the sperm song, Paula’s “first penis she ever saw” and now Hot Guys Have Problems I shudder to imagine what my neighbors think of me and my media tastes.

I’m ready for the “Nathaniel explores his sexuality with White Josh” storyline to happen.

I know this has very little to do with the episode, but...

It’s gotta be so cool for Adam Devine to see his future self in the present

Sorry Paula, but you won’t be buying vodka in a grocery store in New York State.
