I've yet to hear of a credible scientist (someone who has actually studied viruses/microbiology/etc) that believes that vaccines are bad. My kid's pediatrician, who I have trusted for medical care and advice, recommends vaccination.

That's mostly what I've heard. It'd be nice if it isn't true and he's really a total sweetheart, but I've mostly heard that he totally puts on an act for people and he's really kind of a dick.

I love his work. I've read a good amount of it, and think he's a fantastic writer. One of my favorites, in fact.
