Drinking wine through a straw is a bad idea. Not because it facilitates drinking more wine faster (more wine is always good!), but because it tastes yuck through a straw. My guess is that not being able to smell the wine makes it taste gross, but I’m not a wine snob so I can’t pretend to know about bouquets and stuff.

Everyone’s got different anatomy and your cervix doesn’t stay in a fixed location. Depending on time of the month and/or arousal, it can be deeper or shallower. Mine is all over the place. I’ve even had an ultrasound tech comment on my “short” vagina... but it’s not always like that. Sometimes it’s far enough back…

Not gonna lie, it totally was. Apparently labor is a cinch for me, ‘cause I was just mildly uncomfortable pretty much the whole time. And my water didn’t break, but I did have (and describe) my bloody show the day before I saw my doctor.

I have a sibling and my husband has a sibling, so that’s the dynamic we know. We’re not close to our siblings, though.

My first pregnancy, we mainly saw the same OBGYN - a man who had something like 20 years of experience.

Hey, and that’s not a terrible point, though you’re right that it’s sexist. Someone that is bigger, stronger, and has superior reach could definitely overpower me.

I am a very small person. I have literally been picked up - lifted off the ground - by strange men before... that small. I am absolutely afraid of being in a big city by myself, or a dark alley, or an unfamiliar bar, etc.

This. All the stars. Totally agree with you. I grew up around firearms and I’m far more concerned about safety education right now than whether or not they should be legal. As long as people can buy and use guns legally, we need education.

I’m not a huuuge fan of Angel, but I don’t dislike it. I think it depends on who is wearing it, to be honest, and in what concentration.

Same - I think that’s why I don’t know anyone (except for you! yay!) that wears it. I’m guessing most people are turned off by the “first impression” spritz instead of giving it a chance to do it’s thing. But it’s such a clean, pleasant, light fragrance.
