Ha ha ha ha ha ha. I’m a librarian (Librarian?) and find Book People so exhausting and tedious. I love genre fiction, I love non-fiction, I love classics, and I even love literary fiction. Yep, even the navel-gazing mid-list novels that publishers love to hype.

I don’t know if it will help, but last night Illinois approved the Reproductive Health Act, which affirms every womans right to an abortion, amongst other things. A civilian has no need for a silencer.

And has anyone ever actually relaxed when someone told you to?

I’ve been to both. They also have problems, and I'd hate to have Chicago end up where they are. Everyone thinks it's impossible until it happens. Chicago's residents deserve better. If you're not aware, the south side is losing population at staggering rates because of a lack of good jobs and a terrible housing
