He’s doing charity work in africa!! Apparently they dressed George in the outfit (or very similarly) to how Will dressed to go meet Harry in the hospital as a sort of homage to him even though he wasn’t there. Kate loves doing stuff like that, giving outfits meaning and I find it very sweet.

Harry is in Africa for the summer.
