@allgoodpeople: I haven't been in the militar, but my dad was, and this is absolutely spot-on. There is a definite feeling of "Think what you're gonna think—we don't give a shit. But if it compromises the mission of this outfit, you're in trouble."

@ms.windupbird: Obviously she was not his best friend. I hope she regrets what she did.
Obviously, Matt is not concerned about the souvenirs for his mom, the artwork, or his car insurance. If he was, I'm sure he would have contacted Melissa a long time ago.
@Hortense Smith: Remember, a lady reveals nothing...
Don't forget boobs! How can we be taken seriously if we're thrusting those sexy little play-toys in everyone's face during a meeting?
@janiejones56: It was a very good movie, and she did a fantastic job.
She is so beautiful, and I love that the sample size was too small for her, because she's quite waifish and pixie-ish in appearance. Just proves that the standard is too unobtainable for normal people, and I love that she is telling the world.
@Atchoo_Atchoo_Etc: Not to mention the attention she got during Oscar season...
@token_liberal: Jefferson County was pretty conservative as I recall, but I only lived there for a year.
@RousseMacabre, from Ravenclaw: AND SAMOAS!!!
You are totally smizing.
I think it's bullshit. I see plenty of normal, awesome people who spend time on Facebook, and I use it myself as a tool for staying in touch with people and sharing good music, etc.
@AnnieGetYourFun: It's never to early for touching yourself.
My love for this man grows all the time. Proof that geeky boys often grow up to be sexy, sexy men.
@TheGuvnah: Yes, very nicely said—rape is not a feminine issue, though most of the time it is a crime against a female. It is very much a power issue, and a doctor helping deliver a baby is in a position of power over the woman who is in labor, who is, obviously, very vulnerable.
@girlinthegarden: That is incredibly difficult! At this point, you have a viable child, and it could be argued that by refusing this procedure and causing the baby distress, the mother is abusing the child.
I think what we're going for here is good practice vs. bad practice. I've only ever had awesome doctors give me my pelvic exams (I've not experienced childbirth) and they always say, "Okay, I'm going to put my fingers on you now," or, "Now I'm going to put the speculum in," or, "Let me know if there's any pain or…
Psh. Please. I'm faster than most guys. Seriously. I'll be on a date and we'll both head to the restroom. I'm almost always out before the dude, and yes, I wash my hands thoroughly.
@WickedLittleHigh: I read in the bathroom. My mom (when I'm visiting the parents) will walk by outside and shout, "Are you okay?" "Yep, good book!"
