I am TERRIBLE at remembering names. Faces, I can remember, but names? Oh, forget it. At the end of this most recent school year, I still had a couple of kids (I saw them every other day, in hectic 50-minute class periods) that I had to consult my seating chart to remember names.

I'm not sure how I feel about the American networks taking brilliant UK shows like Shameless and remaking them with American actors. What's next, an American version of "Keeping Up Appearances?" I'll probably just stick to the original "Shameless" (with James McAvoy...yum!).

I wish my middle school students were all more like you...and I, too, love run-on sentences and parentheses (because that's how I talk, ya know?).

@Sukie: You will still recover! I have been dumped in grand style a few times and I've always recovered...it takes awhile, sure, but just go out and live your life. Key word being LIVE.

I so want to participate in a flash mob one of these days. It's on my bucket list.

I voted for sorbet with berries (lemon sorbet with strawberries and/or raspberries is AWESOME) because it's a relatively low-calorie dessert that is awesome on a hot day.
