I really really wanted to star this comment but at 69 it’s just perfect Kinja for the post, so have some words instead.
That’s great news about Magnolia! And all the other kitties who found their forever homes of course.
Ooh ooh ooh I love this suggestion!
I’m free on Friday.
One of the best things about living in the U.K. is never having to set foot in a Chuck E. Cheese.
Being in the U.K. I had no idea what a “mall rat” was when Jubilee was first introduced. I thought it was another mutant sub-set, like Morlocks.
Vodka for me. I used to live on the stuff until one night my poor body had obviously had enough and I was violently sick. Can’t touch the stuff anymore unless it is really heavily diluted in a cocktail or something.
A couple of years ago, husband and I were frequently travelling across Austria by train. Truly beautiful, I recommend it - but only if you pay the small extra to travel business class. Nothing eventful has ever happened to us in business class before or since.
I used to have a tank of six Weather Loaches, gorgeous slippery fish that they were. I fed them by hand, as they would come up and wrap themselves round my finger, and I would talk to them at the same time. Because why not. I loved my fishy friends!
From what I can see, the only parties who will suffer in this whole mess are the patients of the facility who probably know this as their only home and will now be moved “somewhere”, “somewhen” and “somehow”. If I were a gambling person, I would not put money on them being transferred anywhere substantially better…
I like that first one! I was going to use real oils after cheating with Photoshop to give me a blown up template.
Oooh this is the famous Accidental Golden Ratio photo, isn’t it! I keep meaning to recreate it in oils to resemble an Old Master but never quite getting round to it.
“One of the things, going forward, that the judge has asked us and the government to come up with is a central database so this tracking problem never happens again,”
L’rell, can you hear me?
It wasn’t long after that she decided family life was not for her; once I came into the picture and became stepmother, we adopted rescue kittens as a wedding present to them for being my three little bridesmaids.
Happy birthday! I absolutely adore that kitchen, the retro styling and colours are right up my street!
Ohhhh Ripley darling, all the scritches for you and your fellow shelter kitties.
You’ve been in my prayers this week. I don’t think that sincere thoughts and good wishes don’t get ignored by the universe.
That’s an awesome colleague you have there.
