She was originally sentenced to death...then the death penalty was overturned. She should’ve stayed in jail, until her natural death as that should’ve been the reinterpretation of her original sentence. This just seems like the state trying to duck out of the cost of medical care for an elder inmate.

I can tell you exactly what they want to teach on this incident: nothing. In the 90s and 00's at the Tulsa public school system the time line went like this: homesteading act, discovery of oil, more theft from native Americans (they leave those parts in), and black Wallstreet was a neat blip in race relations right

Shouldn't the real question be how an attempted murderer got bail? He probably already had a gun...which he wouldn't have been able to get to if he had been held in jail?

The school district is already talking counter suit against her.

None...no explanation other than they swear it was in a locked box on a high shelf in a closet....they’re not responsible anything (parents, gun owners, people) the kid tried to strangle his kindergarten teacher...he was so disruptive one of his parents was supposed to be attending school with him everyday. I’ve got

Or the other conservative fantasy: poor kid’s school as prison. They’ve just approved more metal detectors in all of the NNPS district and are about to have all of the kids switch to clear back packs. They already have bus passes in addition to IDs to scan to get on and off the bus, monitoring software on all of the

Honestly, I’m not really shocked on this one. I mean if you think about it logically “I stopped taking my meds and got worse” isn’t really a new thing. Admittedly, its nice to have the warning especially post the infamous phen phen era, when taking the meds dropped the weight but ruined the heart of anyone taking it.

I have a stupid question (not that I doubt this idiot’s guilt at all): why didn’t the cops test for gun shot residue at the scene? I mean we have a close range gun shot injury, two people near by the injured victim, and none of them making sense (at the time, pretty standard shock/drunk response). I mean like 5

The chair is 1500...much sadness.

Ok I want the chair...but more because I’ve watched too many episodes of the classic Addams Family than anything else. Those are hard to find!

Honestly, I’ve sat in all but this newest one, and I’m surprised more by people missing out on the Cosm chair. With fixed arms, a low back, and an unpopular grey blue color you can get it for about a 100 dollars cheaper. That chair was amazing to test out. The mid and high back weren’t bad either. Most offices seem to

I have a mod from back in the day that adds a box of pudding and 8 oz sour cream. Then half milk half water 2 eggies. Rave reviews every time!

Soooo the standard ADD method it is! I just try to go room by room. If something needs to go in another room, I try to round it up in one go and then move on. Not the worlds best idea but eventually you’ll get there...although threats of being made to redo it by themselves can be effective on the interloping short

Back up camp stove. Rain waits for no one to finish cooking over a fire and makes hot food tastier when you’re cold and wet. My Colman is darn near indestructible and worth hualing out every time with its mini propane tank. Also to steal from hitch hikers guide for the galaxy, a towel you aren’t fond of. Inevitability

Sooooo its a cult that should’ve been broken up years ago, but like the Mormons and jehovahs witnesses, there’s too much money to do so. Surprise Surprise s/.

And step 2 will be to take the baby upon birth because she's been proven "too immature". This is the ultimate plan here. She's now just a convenient provider of babies to adopt. After they take the first one, they'll have grounds to take any future babies too. She'll never escape now.

Gosh, I just want to have a pretty pagan ceremony in the woods...and spend my money on food versus all of the other hoopla...unfortunately my family tends towards Christian conservative so I wouldn't have many people to invite without offending them.

At least she’s upfront about needing to pay someone to display her Art? I mean this is all money shuffling tax dodge projects anyways. 10 million is a heck of a tax right off.

I always thought This Old House was a faaaaar more accurate home renovation show. It takes an entire season to finish one house. The people involved have a budget, but also spend more due to delays, price changes, etc. than planned. There are multiple contractors involved in every step of the process. One episode even

I get the feeling this sentencing would be different if the had to extract sperm the same way.
