I hate this simply because this cut made my high school life miserable. I had a giant poof of frizzy curls. This was unattainable.

I read the books before the show and I prefer it that way. I love them, but I think they’d be less fun if you already knew what was going to happen. The suspense is so much of it, especially in Voyager!

Ooo! I can’t wait. My neighbour and I have weekly viewing dates planned with beers and Outlander Kitchen treats. I really enjoyed the third book. I read the whole thing on a relatively short camping trip.

I wonder how people think the chickens at the grocery store end up dead and headless. I know people that kill chickens. Then they eat them.

Yeah, I don’t get it. I don’t need my husband to tag along if I’m just shopping for myself. We shop for stuff together sometimes, but then he wants to be there to help pick out the furniture. If you aren’t involved, why are you even there? Go sleep on an armchair at home or something. Find a friend. Live your damn

It is perhaps not the best example of young marriage stories. :P

This is making me feel awkward because my husband and I never had any real adult relationships with anyone else. He never even went on a date before me. People probably talked about us behind our backs when we got engaged. Together 16 years now.

I rather think it can get fucked up at any age. Been with my husband since we were kids. Combo of luck and both people giving a shit.

We bought a house right after graduating - in a shitty neighbourhood in a cheap town. Much easier when there’s two of you.

This woman was a hero to my wee mathematician daughter. I haven’t had the heart to tell her yet. :(

Everyone I know does 5 bucks for the first one and a toonie for all the rest. I asked around because I got a dollar instead of a quarter at a friend’s house when I was seven, and it made me really suspicious.

Not crazy at all! My friend works as a nurse in maternity. I’m convinced it’s one of the best jobs ever. It would also be helpful for your future patients to have a nurse who has truly walked in their shoes. Go for it! 28 is so young.

I still have them and I graduated 13 years ago. I don’t think they ever end. Sometimes I even wake up in a total panic. The relief is pretty nice when I realize it’s not actually happening though.

Thank you for sharing! It is hard sometimes to convince teachers (of all sorts) that it’s a real thing. The name does not help! It does make it sound like a choice. Thank you for putting in the effort to learn about SM! Not everyone does.

Definitely one of the positive things about having a kid with any sort of

I did too, also in the 80s! I’m a little jealous of all the opportunities my kids have! Ha. But I’m so glad that I won’t have to watch them helplessly. We get to tackle it head on. And I love that they will have a community of friends in the same boat. I always felt alone.

I DO have cuts all over my legs. She’s a tortie. That’s just how they roll.

I’d never actually met another kid who had it besides my own (and me, but that was a different experience). It was really neat to meet another mum who understood and see my daughters interacting with a little girl who is so similar. Well done winning over the little dude. It’s not always easy to gain that trust!

Yes, I like this.

I have been neglecting my bullet journal over the summer, but yeah - I find it very helpful. Keeping stuff in a phone or tablet just doesn’t work for me. And there’s something very satisfying about creating a good journal layout.

Oh, I’m so sorry. This happened to me exactly a year ago. It was a tremendous shock to discover that our healthy doggo was not so healthy. She was always so strong.

I hope you are able to create some amazing memories in the coming weeks. I honestly found that very helpful. We went everywhere and did everything and she
