Box + Aluminum Foil Ball = Cat Heaven

Either way, I’m intensely jealous of Anna Ferris.

I didn’t realize that was deliberate for the role. Not sure how I feel about that.

Full nudity would work even better.

too bad ceiling fans don't lower humidity.

If you move to San Francisco you will never need an A/C again.

AC on “low cool” to remove humidity + ceiling fan is the best. You get the soothing whirring of the fan while it moves the delightfully cool air around you as you sleep.

fans don’t help with the high humidity, which is what makes those hot days so bad. I put my ac on low to lower the humidity, on high the air moves too fast to get any of the moisture out of the air. And if you keep it at a reasonable temp then it will provide enough relief when compared to the outside temp, you don’t

I realize there’s typically at least two weeks per summer where not having air conditioning is next to unbearable,

AC + Fans + Me = Forever

I would agree with you—if I didn’t live on the sixth floor. I even had my window cracked most of the winter bc when the heater kicked on it was unbearable.

Fuck that noise. I'll use enough AC for the both of us. #sorrynotsorry

0 degrees farentheit is really cold. 100 degrees is really hot. How often are you measuring the temperature of boiling water?

It’s about 68 here and I’m seriously considering heading home and firing up all 3 AC units when I get there out of spite.

LIES. If the fans are just blowing humid gross NYC summer air at me they can gtfo.

Air conditioning is an a beautiful and wondrous thing, especially when it is of the central variety instead of window units. It allows us to retain civility when it would otherwise be almost impossible. Also, you might want to change “plight” to “blight” up there.

I live in Georgia. Get the fuck away from me with your “ceiling fans”.

Air conditioning is the greatest gift Jesus ever gave us. I’d be a fool not to wallow in it until my nips are nice and stiff.

window-unit AC is the devil. Outside of NYC, however, we have these things called houses and whole-house AC is amazing.

For people living in NYC or northward, agreed.
