What is going on around here with the writers?

Yeah see, all the implications of this is wacky enough even without considering how ridiculous the idea was to start with. Have to just treat some of this stuff as “purely there for fun, please don’t think about canon implications.”

Yeah, no way they’re killing Clint. Not only because they’ve already lost Steve, Tony and Nat, and they don’t need to sunset more OG Avengers, but also because clearly this show is not about just Kate but both Hawkeyes and giving depth to Clint as well.

Yep. The scene with Kate transcribing Nate’s conversation with his dad? The look in the actors’ eyes alone - that was some gold right there.

That would be a Christmas miracle. Do NOT jinx it!

Sorry, but I deal in facts.

The scabbard also carries the Ronin switchblade, the Ronin fork, and Ronin chopsticks.

For dramatic effect.

This episode is one of my favorite Marvel things ever. It’s so fun. And... This recap sucks. Author didn't get character development out of it? That's not a problem with the show, cos it built in piles.

Lore, Lore, ya ya, i’m Lore, ya ya ya

Bro...

There’s just no way I see them killing Clint. They wouldn’t be leaning so hard into the “holiday special” “I’ll be back in time for Christmas” aspect of it if they’re going to kill him. The finale airs 3 days before Christmas, it would be fucking crazy if the show ends with anything other than Clint walking through

Again, this was an entertaining, well-made sequence but when it ended I paused to see how much time had elapsed and found the episode was halfway over and... nothing of substance had really happened. Sure, we got to see Kate blossom as a hero a bit, and there were some fun arrows and stuff, but that’s a huge chunk of

Well, I liked it. It was fun and a little sad and there was fine action and a great car chase and a pizza dog.

So no mention that Echo’s uncle is very, very clearly Kingpin? Vincent D’Onofrio Kingpin from Netflix Daredevil no less? That was undeniably his laugh, it was absolutely him. I mean, that’s huge, if it weren’t for the leaks from No Way Home and the leak about Disney casting for a new Daredevil project, this completely

Clint: In my line of work, I like to keep a low profile.

And what very much sounded like a Goren laugh.

They’re really working overtime to convince viewers that Kingpin is definitely not in this show.

I can’t see them killing Clint. The whole point of Black Widow was giving backstory to Nat so you could see why she wanted to go over that cliff instead of letting Clint do it.

The final scene has drama if you know who Clint and Jack are to each other in the comics. I’ll be very pleased if the show follows through, but I’m not really expecting it.
