People have often mistakenly thought that I’m biracial due to my appearance but I am Black, no matter what European ancestry is in my DNA. Both of my parents were Black, I was raised in a Black household in a Black neighborhood. I am unapologetically Black. 

This... at the very least. I cannot believe he has apologists defending him. He did the bare minimum and even has a track record of encouraging this type of behavior. What would I have done? Exactly what I’ve seen done at other concerts:

He has encouraged this kind of shit, even in the promotional video for this event where he praises gate crashing. Other bands stop massive shows for crowd control reasons, he chose not to.

The cop that makes up something to pull her over and harass and unjustly detain her is going to see her as Black.

The festival calls to mind other similar instances, such as The Who’s 1979 Cincinnati concert where 11 people died, and dozens of others were left injured, leaving us all wondering, just what is it about the concert environment that turns an otherwise friendly event into a stage set for mayhem?

They just took down the official promo video a few minutes ago which shows exactly what happened as promotion for the event.

I’ve seen videos of people trying to stop the cameraman, stagehands and even tried to tell Travis himself. Travis goofy ass just stared and keep on singing....
