Yes, whitewashing character is a problem in a way that casting actors of color in roles which were originally white characters is not. Welcome to 2021. Let us know if you have any other questions, but you should probably be able to figure out because it’s all pretty obvious.

Bit tough to call Black Widow “Phase 4" when it’s set before the end of Phase 3.

As much as I love this character, the MCU as a whole, and Simu Liu, I’ll be waiting for alternative viewing options. Wave 4 > Phase 4

Same. This will be the first MCU film I haven't seen on the release day. (Didn't see Black Widow in theater but watched it the first day on D+).

I might go see it in a theater - but I will be taking time off of work to see it at 1PM on a Tuesday in hopes of being the only one there.
