And human milk is real food for baby humans! Babies might not need breast milk past 1 year but I think there are other benefits.

I have a 5 year old and a 7 month old, and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of “toddler milk”. Is this common? 

Nah. I like milk. And cheese. And Butter. And yoghurt. 

People don’t need dairy milk, that’s true, especially when there’s a lot of digestive issues with it and it has only so-so bioavailability of its nutrients. Yet for the price, dairy milk is still a better nutritional value than most other foods, packaging protein, calories, and vitamins very cheaply.

What am I supposed to drink after I house a dozen Oreos?? Cow milk is a necessity in this circumstance.

At long last, a subject where I actually know what I’m talking about.

You don’t need to know the history of all Indian culinary traditions before trying an Indian dish, but knowing something simple as “this is classic Indian comfort food” has value, as opposed to thinking something just appeared out of the ether/was invented by white “influencers,” which is almost certainly what a lot

People don’t “need” almond milk, soy milk, hemp milk, or coconut milk, either. Animal milk and plant-based milks are neither magical superfoods nor poison.
