Maybe I’m missing something here, but the Caster Camp is open to everyone equally (thus not really an LGBTQ+ focus, just not shunning us).

You can give gifts right away from level 1. It’s the easiest way to get them to 2 for the rest of the levelling stuff when you unlock them.

My friend and I were joking that he looks like a serial killer, and occasionally looks stoned or something.

Most of the recipes are actually not specific items. Crudites is ANY single vegetable for example. Most food is just grouped into a category and are usually (but not always) interchangeable.

I mean, you chose to harvest their meat. That’s not the resurrection being messed up... That’s on you :P

They wanted believable fake games, so no chance of HL3 there.

I caught this run live and his entire personality during the run was a huge red flag. Constantly spouting about being a god gamer, and how god gamers don’t use controllers. Thought he was a real piece of work even before this. Not at all surprised he turned out to be a fraud too.

Am I crazy or does this not actually work for the home screen? Like I created groups but the home screen is still just the same horizontal list of titles. I have to go to “All Games”, then hit L in order to actually see the groups I made...

In what way? They were essentially already a Nintendo developer just without it being official. This is essentially no real change other than they can actually talk about working with them instead of pretending their games were 100% in house.

Not to mention the original Dying Light was in 2015, not 2018 as the article states. The link even goes to a review from Kotaku in 2015 so not sure how you get that so wrong.

Aging is just the QA term for a test involving leaving the game running for a period of time to see how the console handles it. Used often in high density areas of the game to make sure there aren’t memory leaks and stuff.

Because it probably came up in submission and they negotiated to fix it in a patch with the first party people as game companies don’t really consider people who can’t patch these days.

Are you replying to the wrong person? I never said anything close to implying that all dev budget is salaries. I’m plenty versed in how much people in game development are paid.

You seriously think that all 604 employees make an average of 100k per year, as your lowball number? Wow what kind of workplace do you work for that makes that seem even remotely possible.

Sure and I’m saying when a game releases and the developer says it cost $100 million for example, that’s factoring in all costs that the project accrued during it’s development cycle.

I think you’re grossly overestimating how much it costs to make games here. Game development costs factor in salaries and the like when calculated, and most games do not cost hundreds of millions to make per year.
