I understand the desire to compare the Land Cruiser to the Range Rover, G-Wagen, X7 and Escalade - for those looking for a luxury SUV, sure it makes sense. But the Land Cruiser is so much more than that. It has a build quality and dependability far surpassing those (and most other) vehicles. That’s why we buy them.

I joined the 200-series club (kept the 80) and it’s a fantastic vehicle. Bought a 2008 since it was “reasonably” priced. There just isn’t any vehicle, new or used, that can compete.

Maybe #vanlife will get so big Toyota will bring more #vans to our #life in the US.

Which..oh yeah, doesn’t quite work here.

Carefully.

It’s the Bolinger with the easiest Photoshop job ever.

Americans don’t want electric SUVs. They want electric COE trucks. Well, at least one of us do.

Been following the Gambler500 movement? It safaris all the things.
This M45 is the first one that really blew my mind.

I drove an Abarth 595C around the Isle of Man, getting a bit rowdy on the race course sections. And then for another 2 weeks all over Scotland. Best drive of the year.

Nice!

Needs more low:

I think the new guys coming out with electric trucks are missing a big opportunity with the COE trucks. With no big honking engine to contend with, it’s much easier to COE it. Also, I know nothing about the crash protections required on these new vehicles.

It’s simple. Harley owners are douchebags. I don’t want to be associated with douchebaggery.

This is sensible advice. It will likely fall on deaf ears. People want that expensive car to, what, impress other people? I’ve never understood this.

Also, I’m in Georgia, so it would only take a couple days to drive it there.

I’ve known this group to be so wrong, but this time, totally missed the mark on this one. Mog is always the answer... at least when it comes to farming.

UNIMOG. This vehicle was DESIGNED for the farm. Its sole purpose in life was “to plow the fields and then take the crops to town” or something close to that. This is

It’s the new Rav4. Tired of being called bland, Toyota realized that a reliable engine must be the cause of this perception of being boring, so they are putting increasingly less reliable engines in their vehicles. First a BMW, now a Land Rover. What’s next?

I also had a black dog at the time. I think I did get the car just to match the pups!

Nailed it!

That’s so 2015.
