Nine Inch Nails heyday was literally during my childhood.

Wait, there’s going to be a fucking Nine Inch Nails soundtrack for a Pixar film?
I’ve heard of them, possibly even tried them once, but no, not really a thing.
Two great tastes that taste great together.
I almost admire the work ethic in having a film in theaters a month after the event took place.
Agent 69.
Yep, here are the Draft-heads coming out.
So, instead of writing a review, you just wrote an article quoting other reviews?
Yeah, if you just use drugs, then the whole point of your supply is to get high with it.
FXX just re-ran “That 90's Episode” (and a bunch of other flashback episodes) and yeah, it has not aged well. I remember at the time, people on the internet were really upset about the continuity problems—but that is a non-issue on a show where the characters haven’t aged in over 30 years, and honestly, the commitment…
He was really swinging for it. “Tell me your life story” basically.
I honestly don’t think anybody involved in this movie has ever played a video game, or is even entirely clear on what video games are. One of the craziest things about the twist is that the movie is a moded fishing simulator.
I agree about the movies—the Hulu one is better, but the Netflix one compliments it really well and is worth a watch.
I liked Fyre Fraud more, but I agree that it’s cultural analysis fell short. It falls into the trap a lot of people do of using “Millennial” to specifically mean rich white young people, who usually live in New York. I did appreciate that it did want to put the Festival in a larger context—not just “millennial”…
I guess they want to know how we could make light of it, or something? But yeah, it was a top news story at the time, and it’s not like the sketch is excusing R.Kelly or anything.
Kind of hilarious how the next guy to own the house said he just straight up murdered Gef. Like the talking mogoose was talking shit, so he had to put a bullet in him. I also imagine this dude saying he has killed the Easter Bunny, and possibly fucked up Santa Claus.
I heard there was some of big twist to ‘explain’ most of the plot holes. I’m guessing that Reeves is actually a robot that’s been implanted with false memories. Or if there is a big thing with the last shot, maybe the whole thing is some sort of virtual simulation?
There was a brief period when somebody apparently was considering using the Dark Knight trilogy to launch into the DCEU--I think this is how Nolan ended up as a producer on Man of Steel--which would be truly insane. Comic book fans have a weird tendency to forget that an adaptation is separate from the original, so…
They would go all in on “just asking questions” about the conspiracy theories noted in the Wiki Talk Page post above.
“will make Springer a him a real judge”
