I think it’s a little unfair to compare the two. For one, transrace is not a thing. You don’t see thousands of people changing their race and identifying as transrace. It’s not a thing. It’s not on textbooks, there are no studies on the matter, not many serious cases documented. There is no “black on the inside”…

That is true, but labeling every person who does something crazy mentally ill stigmatizes mental illness in a way. Some people never do anything overtly crazy yet they could have a mental illness.
