I don’t think they were reusing needles. Mexico is not in that bad of shape, and they’re not stupid, either. I’d venture to guess that only the worst of third-world countries are reusing needles, and even then only reusing them in emergency situations, not for government mandated vaccine programs.

Are you joking? Mexico doesn’t reuse needles. This country is not THAT poor. It’s a problem from the vaccine production. The actual vaccine was faulty.

My four-year-old nephew just got shingles from a chickenpox vaccine.

Unfortunately, it seems like it really can take something like “attacking a pregnant woman for witchcraft,” “trying to run down your neighbor with your car,” or “screaming at the police that aliens stole your stuff” for treatment to happen.
