Have you tried oral low dose antibiotics? They’re suppose to work when nothing else does. They’re at a low enough dose they shouldn’t contribute to antibiotic resistance.

Did you ever try Metronidazole? It’s usually covered by insurance.

I like weight watchers compared to most weight management programs, because it’s more evidence based and moderate than most.  But it’s still a diet.
