maybe I worded it poorly. If I eat 1000 calories under my tdee for a week, I will lose 2lbs. It won’t matter if I did it through IF or eating every two hours. No one should start IF thinking that if they eat 1000 calories under tdee they will magically lose 3lbs. Pretty much parroting what the study said.

from my personal experience, intermittent fasting is nothing special in terms of actual weight loss. No one should delude themselves that doing it will net you an extra few pounds of weight loss.

she’s hardly anything like the pic you posted. The stock is up against her shoulder, her cheek is properly on the stock, solid cheek weld so she can see down the sights. If anything, her forward grip can use some adjustment but other than that she’s doing a good job of holding that rifle.

don’t leave it up to chance. Go see a cardiologist and be very specific about what you’re feeling, and possibly push for an angiogram . Might get a bit expensive, but better to nip it in the bud than to be a 33 year old with 4 blocked arteries, needing stents and possibly a bypass.

there are a bunch of communities that can help you with that. Bungie’s forums, reddit, 4chan, lfg sites, etc. The lfg sites are really hit and miss but places like reddit and 4chan have solid players that are helpful.

raiding is probably the fastest way to go about it, especially now that they give out guaranteed drops.

Not with the rifle he was using.

You can spam the buttons and get off like 30 hammers.

as if anyone would dish out an extra $250 to play Destiny on the toilet.

stats and perks are random though. Not everyone will be wearing the same thing.

I can’t seem to find the name of it but at authentic chinese restaurants you get this green onion and ginger in oil dipping sauce with soy sauce chicken. Goes good on everything though.

For those with the right tools (or preference), going the electrolysis route might be better. I've rescued a few cast iron items this way, it's dead simple, and it does the trick COMPLETELY.

they sell chainmail (called the ringer on amazon) where all you really need is hot water to scrub "gunk" off. Leave seasoning pretty much intact and actually smooths it out. Works just fine for me.

I stopped going there once I got a few legendary pieces (which I didn't even get from there) but I'm kinda sad I can't go there to farm anymore if I just wanted to kill some time.

yeah but that floatie is more so you don't lose your camera if you drop it under water. A bobber has more uses than that. You can let the camera float and angle it to capture a diver, you can use it as a handle, etc etc etc.

ask and you shall receive:

this is nice and all, but I just spent like $10 in epoxy and spray paint to convert an old empty shampoo bottle into a bright orange float. Works just as good but looks a lot better, if that matters to you.

this gave me goosebumps. I miss halo.

honestly, I can't seen any reason where you would be recording for an hour continuously on a dslr.
