it still puts the kids in a horrible position, not to mention they’ve clearly been pressured to be against brad pitt. they should settle on joint custody and be done. most of the kids will age out of the agreement within two years anyways. 

Definitely. Give each child a safe space to talk to a professional that doesn’t have a stake in it.

Agreed. Also a child of divorce. I’m always hesitant to say anything negative about Jolie on this site (because I’ll be set on fire), but when it comes to court proceedings/judgements/decisions, there is NO way it becomes public knowledge unless someone is releasing the information to the press.

I’m sorry, but if those kids get up and testify against their father, that reeks of manipulation.

As someone who was a minor when parents were divorced and am now an attorney, it would have been cruel to make those kids testify. This is something for court-appointed therapists to discuss with the children and parents to make a determination. Having kids testify in front of a judge about which parent they like more…

I’m almost to the point where I feel kinda bad for him. He has struggled with addiction, and just seems kinda lost at times. And I didn’t mind him in the Justice League/Batman movies.

Did Boyer ever stop to consider that Republicans are idiots? How has that probability not occurred to him, unless he is an idiot himself?
