I think jail time along with mental health treatment is appropriate for his actions. Likely spending his life in a live in mental health treatment facility. No sane person would of done what he did so to me that seems the most likely long term punishment along with restitution.

Well that’s part of the problem, I don’t know how algo based Twitch is versus YouTube, but you very much have to keep the pace of content up of get fucked by the algo. Hell the algo is 100% the reason behind the “YouTube” face.
