If having women, people of diverse gender identities/ sexual preferences, and ethnic / racial /religious minorities in film and TV is “political” or NOT “family friendly”, the problem isn’t Disney. It’s you.

Oh man, the civil suit payout the owner will receive from the St. Louis PD will allow him to open up a couple more bars.
I’m a long-time GM customer (against my better judgment but I grew up with the various brands and I’ve never had any serious issues) but this WILL put me off staying with the company moving forward. I know there are many people out there who feel the same and it will affect GM’s bottom-line one way or the other.
If there’s no money, why are the media CEOs getting hundreds of millions in compensation?
I currently work in TV and you seem like an awful person considering you dehumanized these people to excuse abuse.
Honestly, not a bad call on their part. Why put a ton of money into a segment that you’re unable to compete in?
It may or may not be a direct correlation but when Toyota North America moved to suburban Dallas from Southern California, the company seemingly lost focus on where the vehicle trends were heading in the US. Had they stayed, they probably would have raised alarms to the HQ back in Japan that long-range EVs we’re…
Will someone please think of the poor defenseless 2 ton vehicles! Evil bicyclists are going to run them over!
It’s not a fan film. It’s a trans coming-of-age story and Batman parody. Parody is protected under the the First Amendment.
Because a lot of men have been poisoned by the manosphere on social media where they’re told that free-thinking women are the source of all of their problems when, in reality, it’s late-stage capitalism’s fault.
Please. People act like GM dropped a fantastic, high-value brand in Pontiac but the reality is that it was a “sporty” trim level of Chevy by the time they killed it. It will always be the smarter decision to kill it in favor of Buick.
Part of me understands why they’re doing it. Not only is GM is anticipating Apple bringing its own EV to the market operating on a more robust version of Apple Carplay, but it’s essentially creating a business model akin to the Tesla and other EV startups (which also don’t offer Carplay/Android Auto but their own…
I don’t really have a problem with an X-files reboot with an entirely new mythology. I’d also be okay if it leaned into the original’s episodic-heavy format as opposed to it being heavily serialized.
Maybe I’m missing the sarcasm but if I’m not, the average car weight is around 4,000 lbs. It’s heavy machinery.
TNG launched Deep Space Nine - arguably the best Star Trek series and it’s own thing both in story and tone. I don’t see why they can’t do it again here.
You’ve clearly never driven between LA and San Francisco, LA and Las Vegas, or LA and San Diego. There’s definitely traffic and when it’s bad, it’s bumper to bumper in the middle of the desert.
Even if the writers room shuts down before filming, the showrunners are still there. This is their show and ultimately, they’re the ones who dictate the creative direction of the show and are the ones in editing making sure each episodes have cohesion and the actors look good.
You left out that she had rewritten dialogue often without letting the writers/ producers know only for them to find out when dailies came in the following day. It shows a real level of disrespect and unprofessionalism on her part and if it were any other actor on the show, they would have been written off or recast.
...it really feels like Guggenheim might be better served by creating original work instead of playing in someone else’s sandbox.
The Encore GX has literally been on sale as long as the Trailblazer.
