Well trained? You do realize many states don’t require any special kind of license to drive a class A RV as long as it’s less than 26,000 lbs?
generally are handled carefully by well trained drivers.

It’s about mass, yes even in an RV you should ensure things that could become projectiles are strapped down or secured, cutlery, pots, pans, children, etc.
Basically, everything besides a car and a semi tractor are unsafe as hell.
