It’s too bad the take rate was so low, my parents had until just recently a 2013 AWD RT and it was great. And they still had the Hemi in the Grand Cherokee with AWD and the ZF so they had the ability if the demand was there.

Did you just wake up from a coma?

I bought a used one around ‘08, and it was a couple thousand less than a Subaru with comparable mileage and options.

Very much so.  And Dodge is further diminishing the Alfa but getting out there now with vehicles for automotive world to review.

It was actually a good product for Saab because it was an SUV, and it boasted high profit margins. It also appears to have sold about 20K per year for a few years, which is about how many 9-3s Saab sold in the U.S. each year.

I tried my best to buy a car from Carvana - an ev KIA delivered to Detroit - GASP. I waited 55 days, with Carvana rescheduling the delivery 2-3 times a week, before I cancelled. I finally found one at a dealership, and found out that Carvana had a title problem that Michigan was cracking down on.

I’m excited about the Hurricane too, but I think our next SUV is going to be an EV. Mrs Featherlite has a thing for Jeeps and doesn’t want to let go of her v8 GC WK2; which admittedly is still fairly new (2019). Although she was intrigued by the new Wagoneer S; so we will see what happens in a few years.

I recall the 1M also kept the N54 for a year or two.

Ok, going to double dip and toss in another engine for y’all

It actually came with a paper shredder. Now we know why.

An “honest” truck can carry a dresser and a hutch from the antique store to your house because it doesn’t have a faux-aero aid bolted to its rails.

As an Asian-Canadian, I remember about 10 years ago me and a couple buddies went fishing in the late hours of the night. We went to a lake less than 2 hours outside of Toronto.

You’ll find plenty of uncomfortable places here in Alabama. Your true comfort zones are West and Central Alabama (aka the Black Belt region), Metro Birmingham, Normal/Metro Huntsville, and Metro Mobile, and a few spots in the ?Wiregrass region in Southeast Alabama.

Kyree when I was in my late 20s my bf and I got pulled over on a rural road in Virginia on our way to his college friends house. 100% it was for suspicion of DWB. DC plates was the giveaway. Cop cut right to the chase “You’re a long way from DC, what are you doing here?” Two GWMs in a VW Cabrio, FFS.

I’m not black, but I’ve been to places in the US where I do believe the Green Book would still be relevant today. Especially at the border of Florida and Alabama. Big religious conservative cities that you’ve heard of are not the ones you have to worry about, it’s the little towns that are identified by a single

I think it’s telling the Maybach 57/62 was supposedly based on the W140 rather than the W220 that had already been out for a few years.

100%.

That’s a lot of money for an Audi Q7 that went to Nordstrom Rack. We just spent a week in France and our hotel’s house car was a new Bentayga. It was perfectly pleasant but our ‘19 Range Rover HSE felt more comfortable and just as luxurious in the back - and that was only $105k, not $200k+.

Maybe they just take the same approach as with boat shoes — instead of trying in vain to keep water from getting in the top, you make it easy for it run out the bottom afterward?

Lol... Yup, that’s funny. Especially as I myself (as a Canadian) live 1 hour 15minutes from the snowmelt ...and can see myself driving through on my trips up north to visit friends and family 😁
