Thanks for the advice. I’ve heard horror stories about people losing money and the JDM car they thought they bought free and clear, only to find out that the importer and broker didn’t do what needed to be done properly and by the book. So in to the crusher it goes.

If they were an aspiring rapper.

I really couldn’t justify spending $74k for any SUV, except for an LX or Land Cruiser. But $74k still isn’t enough...

This is the very thing im going to address in my review. Its a huge elephant in the room. I can say this now though: while this is a very nice vehicle, its not $74,000 nice.

I cannot imagine how small, ineffective, and scared a person must have to feel in their day to day life to buy something like that.

I’m not going to begrudge anyone for not buying a new car or not having bought something; but people also they can’t really complain if they never followed through and the car maker made the totally rational choice to not keep developing low take rate cars.

To be fair, these are VERY popular among a certain demographic. Newly well-divorced cougars with purse dogs - and the sorority chickies that turn into them (all the girls that once drove Bitch Baskets seem to drive these now). These things are EVERYWHERE down here in God’s Waiting Room, FL. Along with ALL the Murano

Now hear me out: Volkswagen Jetta TDI.

I would say the S rather than the Roadster. The S was the first that was truly mass produced and showed that it could be piratical.

Let’s be honest, doh; Burn Notice was pretty cheeky about their Hyundai sponsorship. There was an episode where Callie Thorne and Gabrielle Anwar are in a Hyundai Genesis V8, and Thorne’s character asks Anwar’s character something along the lines of, “Why are you driving a Hyundai? Aren’t these massive pieces of shit?”

Seems that should be the expectation but to get through that canvas (plus headliner) with any margin of error the roll bar would need either some sharp edges or points to initiate the cut which wouldn’t be desirable from a normal occupant safety situation. Safety glass is pretty much guaranteed to give way.

Hell, to the fucking capital N O, no.

There is no 2022 Taurus, Mr. Seller. And the whole “adjusted for inflation” thing is just not how this works. Nice basic car, would buy for a new driver, but not at this price.

And it’s worse than that…

Boeing also works on competitive contracts with the US government. None of this happens in a vacuum, especially when you get Congress involved.

The original livery is iconic and should not be messed with.

Boeing should never have signed this contract. Airbus were never a contender - Trump and Congress would never have awarded this contract to a foreign company, and the only domestic passenger aircraft meeting the requirements was the 747-8. With only one option, Boeing was in the position to say “our way or the

Fair point my experience was with the same almost-fully loaded S90 T6 Inscription ($70k sticker), but it was a lease and they were just giving those cars away back in 2017.

It sounds like they use Unreal to render the images used in the car ahead of time. That doesn’t mean the car needs to render those images each time it comes up in the car.
