That could all be true when talking of life as we know it. Yes, a planet would have to be pretty much just like ours for humans to evolve. Also it's true that within the confines of our knowledge, faster-than-light travel is impossible. Not really sure how that makes the entire discussion moot however.

I imagine this will be a lot like Family Guy where everyone says they hate it while simultaneously laughing their asses off over it. Really wish they hadn't cast Marky Mark for this.

Have you seen Johnny Mnemonic? I'm guessing you have, but if not, it's very loosely based on a short story by Gibson of the same name.

But if we're comparing PC's to consoles in terms of sustainability, you don't really even need to run games at max settings. A PC is outdated the moment it can no longer run a game even on lowest of settings, as running fine on medium for most modern games on PC look about as decent as their console counterpart (with

And 99% of those who do have it have have bandwidth limitations put in place.

An $800 PC does not become outdated after a year. I've had mine since 2008 and the only game I can't play at max settings is BF3. There are several that have the Dx11 features disabled but the differences are slight.

Like I said above, I get it. I just don't agree with it.

I certainly didn't see a gang rape.

I have the trailer for that, which they've said shows the entirety of what happens. Nothing was cut.

Better written, yet still going on the assumption that Lara suddenly turns into a badass after she kills her aggressor.

Ignore? I simply don't agree (with some at least regarding what I see as a misinterpretation). The outrage seems to be mostly focused on there being a rape scene in the game. The article specifically says there is. We know there is not. And sorry if I'm being condescending, it's not my intent.

I could agree with some comments, conjecture based on conjecture, and agree with you. I would have to throw out everything I know of what Darrell Gallagher and Ron Rosenberg actually said and ignore the actual clip in question. That, I can't do.

Oh, I have. I also didn't ask you to reiterate anything. I think SonaliKlien probably wrapped all this up nicely anyhow. The issue is with someones extremely odd interpretation rather than what actually happens.

Then I suppose I am confused. Carry on.

Have you seen the scene?

Adding more action makes it more accessible? Then they should just make it 100% action non-stop shoot em up so that we have no choice but to play it. I kind of hope they don't, I hate being forced to do things.

Brb, chopping off leg.

I don't really mind violence in games. If I have to shoot some guy in the head, that's great! But why does his head have to explode or even pop off (I'm looking at you Fallout 3).
