Almost Chrono Trigger-ish?

But he was there in the 70s! See that issue (fake re-)released about 2 years ago.

I’ll check it out tomorrow, gamepad just died.

Yeah, it’s not like this character is in a vacuum and the explanation has nothing else to do with the rest of the game’s plot.

Careful there Jason, you’re talking to the Internet police.

It was just a tech demo.

Just looked a bit on youtube, fairy fencer f’s combat (nor Neptunia which I mostly don’t want to get into because of the number of games there already are in the series) are what I meant as old school. I mean, RPG battles where you see a sprite of your enemies in front of you and you don’t see your characters when

I mean dungeon exploring games where fights are done ala old school Dragon Quest. Omega Quintet didn’t interest me, but I’ll look into Fairy Fencer F.

Any Compile Heart game to suggest in particular? Not necessarily the same gameplay or type of story, but something that’s not a first person RPG or related to neptunia.

I would pick this up if it comes over here. Reminds me of Zettai Hero Project in some ways.

Second Story was so good. I wish I had the time to play it again.

Shame it’s not on PS4. My PS3 is still plugged in and I do have a Vita. But I kind of would prefer to play it on that. Or was it on Steam as well? That I could go for.

Yeah, really glad about all the Mario Paint throwback. There’s even the Fly swat minigame hidden as an easter egg from what I heard. (And I’ve seen hints of it in some videos)

There’s a MM video too up top.

Yeah, to me SNES > NES > Wii U >>>> the rest, really.

Yeah, that mini game was awkward... and we’re talking about Yakuza here, where to win at ping pong, you got to semi-undress the hostess you’re on a date with..

Well.. there’s things like Prison Architect, and cobalt, whatever that is.

Please add Yakuza 5 to the list. It deserves mention.

Yeah, Zero I picked up at the same time in Akihabara too, for some reason forgot to mention the only one I actually had the time to play of the 3.

You have more than I do.
