I have over 50 PS3 games, not counting digital ones, and none of them are by Rockstar. Oh I rented/borrowed some of them, but I find them very high on presentation, very low on delivery.

My favorite DQ game, easily. Though it's the only one I put more than 30 hours into. But I just loved the time traveling in it that worked even better than it did in Chrono Trigger.

The point is, if Sony can stay afloat and actually release an 8th generation console, then why would Nintendo be a cause for concern?
