I follow, and teach my clients, Traditional Human Diet. Plenty of healthy satursted fats, grass feed meat, organic meats, eggs, and lots of fresh vegetables with an emphasis on leafy greens. I have been teaching prior to get well utilizing nutrition for 30 years.

It isn't your job, it's your prerogative. It's everyone's prerogative. That doesn't mean we can't have rules, standards, regulations, and whatnot. You're also one member of a gigantic society.

And it's their job as a business to cover their ass, so I think personal responsibility is doing pretty well on both ends here.
