well i’ve never done that. i’ve also never owned a law enforcement vehicle but i have had the same vehicle go from salvage to rebuilt to a clean title all within two years. maybe i’m just a vehicle fraud mastermind and have cheated the system by having my once totaled camaro rebuilt and inspected and its title status…
